Board of Directors Expectations: The Board of Directors is the governing body of Restore and is responsible for exercising supervision and oversight for the organization and its management. The Board is committed to Restore and its mission and is dedicated to ensuring Restore’s success. Individually and together, we work to secure the effectiveness, integrity, and sustainability of the work of Restore.

Board Directors bring extensive experience and vision to Restore. They support the staff team and contribute to its efforts to lead Restore with excellence. Directors are uniquely placed to help identify and discern strategies to improve and grow our organization and support the effective implementation of those strategies. In short, through Board leadership, active support of management and participation in the life of Restore, Directors play an essential role in the life of our organization.

Directors commit to 2 year terms, with no maximum number of terms.
