Number of Meetings Per Year: 4
Give/Get Policy? Yes; Board members should commit to supporting Restore as a "top-two" personal giving priority
Board of Directors Expectations: Each Board member will contribute a mix of valued qualities: thought leadership, relevant experience, spiritual discernment and personal / network giving capacity.
Specific annual expectations over each renewable term include:
- Participation
- Attend quarterly board meetings (January, April, July are virtual 2 hour meetings; October is in person a day retreat)
- Review materials in advance of and participate actively in all meetings (approx 1 hr)
- Respond promptly to all personal communications from CEO/CPhO within 48 hours
- Build a collegial working relationship with the other board members.
- Commit to supporting Restore as a “top-two” personal giving priority
- Energetically cultivate personal and professional networks for financial support and offer at least 3 new contacts a year
- Attend and recruit guests for Restore’s fundraising events.

This role provides an opportunity to meaningfully shape the strategic direction, invest in the long-term sustainability and growth of Restore, leverage your expertise, networks, and resources in direct service of a life-changing mission as well as be part of a faithanchored community of leaders committed to justice, healing, and restoration.
