Young Life College leaders step into the lives of spiritually disinterested college students and build friendships that lead to conversations about Jesus, life, and more. Our leaders share their lives with these students and often become genuine, lifelong friends. Leaders are expected to show up on a campus once a week, read the scriptures with students, attend some of our week trips or spring break, and join our monthly city leaders gathering.

Leaders should have an authentic faith in Jesus and be plugged into a local church.
